Is it worth applying?

Hi all, spouse here posting on behalf of my husband who doesn’t really use reddit but is looking to apply to crna school. Just wondering with his stats, if it’s worth trying to apply this fall. He’s hoping to apply to WVU. He is a current icu nurse who works 2 full time (yes full time 😖) jobs is two different hospitals , one of which is a level 3 trauma center. He has 3 years of experience. He also has charge nurse experience along with precepting experience. He’s currently in his ADN-BSN program set to graduate in the fall and holding a 3.9 gpa for his BSN, he’s also getting ready to take his CCRN and has shadowed a few crnas.

My question stems from his cumulative gpa being roughly a 3.1 as he was in and out of school when he first turned 18 and was trying to figure his life out, his nursing gpa is currently a 3.3, not sure what it would be if he maintains his 3.9 bsn. He doesn’t really have time to take any extra classes before applications open this fall, but with everything else, do you think it would be worth him trying to apply this fall? We have 2 kids, he wants to go while they are young and won’t remember him being busy and mostly not around.

I’m sure you guys get questions like this a lot, I’m just doing everything I can to support him and help him reach his goals and I appreciate any input.

I’m pregnant with my second baby and our age gap is going to be 26 months. I’m wondering what everybody’s recommendations are for a double stroller with that age gap? We are a family that really enjoys walking and I’m also home by myself most of the time as I’m primarily a stay at home parent. So if I wanna do things, I have to take both kids by myself. I currently have the upper baby Vista stroller and I really like it, but I’m not sure I wanna spend that kind of money again unless the stroller is well worth it. Thanks!
