Almost all apts and boarding houses have such low quality in Tacloban, and for an unreasonable price too, not even a complete set like, for cooking and bed foams, typically pricing around 6k-8k (not very student friendly).

I am looking for something around 1-3k for 2 college students, we'd need it to be in Calinapawan since our schools are far apart (Holy infant college & ACLC in real st) and we need something in the middle for 1 ride. We also need basic utilities (wifi, bed foams, kitchen, etc.)

Please help
