Hi! I'm a first-time mom, and although I'm young, I'm legally an adult. My partner and I are both working, but we're trying to be mindful of our budget since we don't earn that much.

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy, accommodating, and affordable OB-GYN in Tacloban? Preferably somewhere other than EVMC (no offense, but that place gives me nightmares 😭).

Since this is my first pregnancy, I'm also unsure about what to expect during my first prenatal visit.

- What should I ask the OB during my first consultation?

- What services or tests are usually necessary on the first visit?

- How much should I prepare for the consultation, ultrasound, and initial prenatal laboratory tests?

- If possible, could you share the clinic's name, location, and estimated price range?

I'd really appreciate recommendations based on your personal experiences, especially from fellow moms who have gone through their first prenatal checkups in Tacloban.

If we citizens also start being responsible, the votes are in our hand naman. The government cannot do well if the citizens and people itself cannot practice discipline.

See the correlation if the government and citizens work together? Ma kukuha nat it maupay na service if we vote for a politician who wants a better future ha iya citizens.

We should question, and we should not just vote kay may kwarta. Think about the long term effect it has ha atun city, not those temporary satisfaction of one person.

Hello I'm not from Tacloban but I work here and spend 5 days a week in the city so plano ko didi nala magpa dentist. An last ko na pagpa dentist haak home town kay dire tuhay an ka cleaning kasi lat huhu.

Hain it iyo ma rerecommend na clinic? Skill wise po and expertise. An price range gihap if pwede.

What i plan to do is:

- check up

- cleaning

- pasta

- possible magpa brace soon.
