They only appear when I move/stretch my lips.
They move around and are inside my lips (not on the surface). If I press on them they seem to pop/vanish.

I read it may be something with salivary glands? But what...what is the issue? How do I fix it? What's it even called?
I can't find anything about it online. It's hard to find even a 2nd person that has this issue...

Went to 2 dentists...but they ignore it. Started after a root canal infection 3 months ago that spread to the lip. Still dealing with it...
No pain, but horrible dry mouth. I use Biotene and the dry mouth is manageable.

Is there a point where you switch from restoring with individual implants/crowns to just extracting everything and going for All-On-4 or traditional full dentures?

Like, is there a number of teeth missing limit?
What if you are missing all molars, but rest of teeth are "fine"? Do you get 4-8 individual implants (1st only or 1st and 2nd), or extract everything?
What about missing all molars and 2nd premolars? (etc)

Edit: Sorry, not my teeth, just using as an example.
