Lately more callers are saying “I think I just spoke to you” when they didn’t speak to me at all. Last one was my first call of the day so impossible that they spoke to me at all. In and of itself that would be harmless, but why is it that if I dare say it wasn’t me they spoke to, an argument may break out and I may be cussed out? So instead I just ask how I can help and ignore the fact that they said that.
