I have been trying for days to get someone to call me back regarding opening a business account. I have shipments moving and need to be able to provide and account number to pay duties in countries where my clients are expecting their packages. There is no response. It's been escalated and I've been told someone will call me back next day, then same day. Customer service keeps giving me outdated phone numbers that say this number has been disconnected and to call back 1-800-call-dhl but then the process starts all over again. How do I actually do business with this company?
