This is the most important order I have ever worked on and it must arrive to Vienna by October 18th.

The goods were ready to leave sooner but for some unknown reason reason, our freight forwarder sat on it for a few days and now we’re under huge pressure. It must arrive to Vienna by 18th October for an event taking place on that day.

Our freight forwarder has already tried shipping this order via DHL express on Oct 9th, but DHL returned the shipment before it even reached the border, because they didn't accept the proof of payment we submitted and suspected that we claimed a lower value for the shipment. However, we claimed the real value and submitted the original bank documents.

We are now under very high pressure to deliver this order to Vienna by 18th October. The shipment contains 9 boxes of approximately 22kg each, 1320 mechanical music boxes (no batteries).

Questions:

1. Is there still a chance I can prevent this shipment from being returned by sending additional documentation?
2. What documents does DHL look for, particularly what payment proof do they accept?
3. Who can I send this documentation to to check it, before reattempting this shipment, to check that they’re ok before DHL has the chance to reject it?
4. How can I find out detailed feedback on the reason why the documents were rejected?

Hasn’t moved since the 7th should I be worried or this normal, supposedly sent by DHL ecommerce.

This was a package from London to USA shipped via DHL express for the amount valuable contents declared $3800 in value, under HTS 9705.31 it is tariff free. But was hit with these charges. What do they mean?

Sent a 31.5 kg parcel with DHL from Karlsruhe last week and it seems to have stalled at the Börnicke hub near Berlin. Tracking screenshot attached.

Last update was Fri 25.09 at 01:47 ("prepared for onward transport"). Nothing since, and it's now Tuesday.

A few questions:

**1.**	Is Börnicke known for delays like this? The duplicate "arrived in region" scan looks odd to me.  
**2.**	Since it's right at the 31.5 kg max, could it be handled separately as a heavy parcel and just take longer?  
**3.**	At what point does it make sense to open a Nachforschungsauftrag, or is it too early?  
**4.**	Has anyone had luck getting a real answer from DHL customer service in a case like this?

I ordered something from a Instagram shop that is based in the us and it’s passed all uk customs. And then On the 27th of September I got a notification from my shop app that my order was misrouted and I had to update my delivery details. But when click the link all of my details are fine and it just takes me back to the tracking site. I’ve tried calling but it says that my order number sounds like a evri number and not a dhl can anyone help me please and thank youuu

Can someone please explain to me or get some input into what in the world is going on. I have never had this issue before.

So to sum up the whole situation. I am getting a package from Japan, I received the notification that duties were due Tuesday the 29th, I immediately went and paid the dues. My package then arrives in my city and now it's been on hold awaiting payment.

I have spoken to CS multiple times and billing twice both have given me two different answers. CS is saying that I have duties due and proceeded to keep forwarding me to billings, the billings rep told me that my duties were already paid for and it should've been delivered which was Friday (for context it was originally slated for Thursday but help for apparent duties not being paid).

The package was still on "hold" status come Friday so I call CS again, the CS rep tells me it's on hold for duties, I explain the entire situation to them and they pulled up the billing portal whilst on the phone with me and acknowledged yes they see that it was paid. And I should have it delivered tomorrow. They informed me they were going to make a note that my duties was paid for.

Fast forward to today I am still getting notifications that my duties have not been paid for and I have 24hrs to pay. I go and click the link provided in the duties due email and it shows that I have no pending duties due.

It's currently the weekend so I can't get in touch with any real people.

I have an item that I purchased from TheRealReal that has been stuck for over a week. TRR says they have no idea what is going on and it's an issue with DHL. It's coming from Arizona and will be delivered to Ohio. Any idea of what is happening?

Package sent from within Germany, from one city to another.

I purchased goods worth 500€ over ebay, and since Tuesday there have been no news except the package is stuck in Dorsten. The seller says his DHL app shows as estimate delivery 05.10, however I am no longer so sure as it was constantly moving for me, and this would be 7 working days (which is the 5+2 as dhi says)
What should I do? It is taking longer than when I order something from Japan…

My shipment is on hold since September 23th, is normal that it take too long?
