How long will this go on for?
I'm genuinely tired of this. Can't they just do their job?
The shipment allegedly contains dangerous goods, and the sender said they already contacted them. Then DHL said they didn't. The sender said they had their dangerous goods team contact them and asked for the release of the parcel. So far they contacted them twice.
It's from a forwarding company, and I usually had no issues with them.
The package was sent from the USA to Croatia.
The alleged dangerous good is just a cream, not even an aerosol spray, so I don't know what DHL is on about saying it's aerosol. I thought it would start moving soon after the sender contacted them.
I have no idea what to do. I've contacted multiple DHL customer support agents—international, local—and everyone gives a different answer. They tell me that it's under inspection and that I should contact local DHL. I contact local DHL, and they say to contact the sender, as it's under inspection.
This whole thing is a hassle and could have been avoided if the authorities had even looked inside the package and inspected it.
I don't even care about the damn cream. THROW IT AWAY IF YOU MUST. There are other goodies inside that I care about.
