Germany → Germany] DHL package (31.5 kg) stuck in Börnicke for 4+ days

Sent a 31.5 kg parcel with DHL from Karlsruhe last week and it seems to have stalled at the Börnicke hub near Berlin. Tracking screenshot attached.

Last update was Fri 25.09 at 01:47 ("prepared for onward transport"). Nothing since, and it's now Tuesday.

A few questions:

**1.**	Is Börnicke known for delays like this? The duplicate "arrived in region" scan looks odd to me.  
**2.**	Since it's right at the 31.5 kg max, could it be handled separately as a heavy parcel and just take longer?  
**3.**	At what point does it make sense to open a Nachforschungsauftrag, or is it too early?  
**4.**	Has anyone had luck getting a real answer from DHL customer service in a case like this?

Preparing for a backend technical interview at Pliant — any tips?

Hey all,
I have a 75-minute technical interview coming up at Pliant (Berlin fintech, corporate card and spend management). The role is backend focused around integrations. They said no coding, so likely system design and technical discussion.
Has anyone interviewed at Pliant before or have tips on what to expect? Any insight into their interview style or what topics they focus on would be helpful.
My stack is Java/Spring Boot with Kafka. Planning to prepare around idempotency, retry patterns, outbox pattern, and API backward compatibility. Does that sound right?
