Hey, I am about to finish Batman (finally after those combat challenges!) and want to make certain that I keep my save for the future just in general so that my 100% save is kept.
I can see it says steam cloud save here, does that mean I literally don't need to do anything and no matter what computer or day I redownload it, that my save and game data will be there?

Hey. I recently packaged an Under Armour parcel to be returned for a refund. I used the UA pre paid DHL returns label and took it to a local drop off at a store.
After around 12 days of no refund, i checked DHLs website to track my parcel with the 14 digit number on my receipt, upon doing this all I’m met with is the site saying they don’t recognise the code. I then decided to go to the store just to check that it hadn’t been sitting there and not picked up yet as UA say they should refund you within 14 days and it was getting close to this point.
The store have said that they have no parcels and that DHL have been last week and don’t should have gone then?
So now I’m in a situation where I have a DHL receipt of dropping it off but have no idea where my parcel is as DHL don’t have any record of it apparently and the store are saying they don’t have it as it’s been shipped.
I’ve tried contacting UA and DHL support but I find it such a pain nowadays for various reason, I can’t find a simple email to go to and upon calling a number I found, an ai chat assistant asks a round of questions and I couldn’t get past the about where the parcel was going due to the fact that I don’t remember which UA site it had on the label.
All I can think that has happened is that because it was clearly an UA package with the logo on the bag, it’s been stolen by the store or the courier… if anyone can help me out in any way whether it be providing a support email or such I’d be greatly appreciated.
I’d hate to have to write off and lose my package value, I can’t afford to.

Hey, I’ve recently joined the PCMR and am loving it, particularly Steam. I’m also getting into a lot of single player games and wanted to finally try RDR2 as it is currently on sale for £14.99.
After doing some research and checking reviews though, I’ve seen a lot of anecdotes about how bad the support is and that propel had trouble playing due to the fact that you need the rockstar launcher or something??
Is this a real issue or not really? People were mentioning an issue where rockstar linked there steam account to their rockstar account and so if they changed any steam details were then unable to play rdr2 on steam, warranting the game key useless, is this the case?
Just curious before I purchase as I would want it on Steam. Also if anyone can provide any information on how you do play, is it just load up and then you need to sign into/ and or create a rockstar account? Do I need the launcher?
Hey. I’m a new steam user coming from XBOX and absolutely love the platform.
The only thing I’ve yet to come to find out is how game save data works. On XBOX it was simply a case of you have a game and you save data is saved to an internal cloud as far as I’m aware and even after deleting a game, upon a reinstall your progress was there.
I assume this is the case for most Steam games as i also assume it heavily depends on each games but i just wanted to develop my level of knowledge on the matter as i did play LEGO Batman 1 on Stems years ago and noticed upon getting my new PC, my 100% save was gone - I understand this is most likely a game where I simply needed to literally make a backup of my game data and move the file over to my new computer?
If so, is this the case for all games? Do I need to save game data before deleting them?
Also I have seen the steam cloud storage thing, I believe it’s around 20gb for free? Is this to do with game saves and data? I know it’s for screenshots and such to be securely linked and uploaded to your profile which I love but is 20gb enough for a bunch of games save data?
I’m sure you can see where I have gaps in my knowledge. Any help is greatly appreciated, have a lovely evening.
Hey. I’m looking to make a circa 2010 YT channel intro with a simple black screen appearing or something akin before the video starts with the videos title showed on it with some old school video game music playing.
I imagine this isn’t very hard to do at all and would like to start getting better at editing and so was wondering where I can do this in particular as in where can I get the audio I want and put it in correspondence with the video/intro playing as well as adding text?
Additionally, I’d love to be able to edit in that awesome old school Star Wars four quarter pan transition, I’m hoping that description makes sense.
If anyone knows how this can be done I’d be gratify appreciated.
The only editing experience I have is with Davinci and is very limited.

I’ve been a gamer for over a decade, a large portion of my life and have been heavily into multiplayer games and some single player.
As of more recent years though, I’ve come to appreciate these types of games much more in media in general and have watched a lot of gameplay from them and videos about them.
I’ve moved to PC recently and am playing through DOOM, Batman Arkham Asylum and Portal currently (if you wanted to know that) but have realised since moving to PC I have such a large list of games that I want to play and try out.
Sadly at this point in my life I don’t have all the time in the world and am essentially making this post to ask for a recommendation from the below list for me as a gamer new to single player formates games, that may mean you answer off of experiences and opinions based off of these games kindness to beginners or anecdotes supported based of what you think about games personally - either way I’m open to them!

Hey. Recently got these for gym and running. Never seen this sort of drawstring? Does anyone know how I can tighten them around my waist?
I’ve never seen a waistband like this and I have no idea how to tighten these shorts around my waist?
At first I thought that one of the ends of the drawstring were stuck in one side but it seems to just have this one elastic band?

Hey. I recently got my first car, a VW Polo 1.2L 2013 Match and the previous owner mentioned upon me asking what this was that it’s a parrot or something like that - some form of aftermarket Bluetooth device from my research.
It briefly powers up upon starting the car but then goes off and I was definitely wanting to pair my phone for calls and more importantly Spotify for music - I have an iPhone 15.
Can anyone please provide any help as to if I can use this with my phone and how to do so?
Hey. Ive been looking for shorts for a while now that I like, I’ve bought multiple pairs which I’ve had to send back due to the crotch length or inseam being to short and with having long legs I just don’t feel comfortable.
The only pair I have and love (shorts for running/gym) are a pair of Nike ones very similar to these which have about an 8inch crotch length and I love them. I just bought some L Under armour shorts and they have an inseam of 6in which I thought would be okay but they are way too short and minor movements lifts them up my leg.
It seems as though gym shorts trend towards being shorter at the moment which I’m not a fan of, I was hoping these would be okay but with only have a 1in+ crotch length I don’t see if they will be.
On the image though, they seem to have a larger gap compared to my UA ones so I’m unsure, if anyone has these - what are they like?
Just wanting to make sure I buy the right product. U fortunately I don’t live near an outlet to try them on.
Hey. I’m having a massive issue with finding the right gym/running shorts for me at the moment. I currently only have these and they are amazing, perfect for me, the only issue is they are finally wearing away after having them for years and years and I need to get some more shorts.
I’ve bought at least three pairs of different shorts online at this point from stores like Gymshark, Under armour and such and all have come and been too small - not waist wise but length wise in correlation with the shorts crotch length. I find that I get the right size for my waist but they aren’t long enough as I do have long legs but the main issue is the fact that the crotch length is so small, if I even merely lift my leg up they come half way up my legs.
These are navy nike shorts and are absolutely perfect for me and I’ve been trying to find the exact same pair but can’t, I understand they may have been superseded now. Please can someone help me find them and or provide a recommendation for shorts that may suit my wants based off of what I’ve said.
FYI to help you identify, these do originally have a white Nike tick but it came off in time.

Hey. I’ve been looking into getting my first car and love vw polos, I want to stay clear of the poor models I’ve seen referenced on here - ones which are prone to issues.
I believe I saw someone say the 1.2 TSI models are problematic, does this look okay?
Hey. I’m currently on my first read through of the series and am absolutely loving it, I’m on The Waste Lands and already feel as though I can call this one of my favourite fictitious works of literature.
I have finally managed to get all books in the series including TWTTK which I intend to read after the finale book. The last I needed was Wizard and Glass and I managed to get a copy off of Vinted for £1.00 and it is great quality.
Upon opening it just to check it was all seemingly legible and such, I noticed these really unique drawings and at first thought that they were apart of the books work but upon closer inspection am not so sure. There are a few pages towards the start with distinctive eyes and as can be seen an awesome Dark Tower doodle on the attached page.
I instantly went back to the seller to ask if they have draw in it, which I would be absolutely fine with as they look really cool, but they said that they didn’t and also had the same though upon purchasing it off of a friend (the friend had the same though and wasn’t sure if they were apart of the book itself).
Does anyone know if they are a part of the book or if some whimsical artistic wizard must have drawn them in before the world moved on? I kinda hope that is the case but either way, really cool stuff.
Hey. I’m looking to get my first car and was initially looking at corsa models but didn’t really like the ones in my area after looking for a while and have since come across polos - I think they are absolutely lovely cars, my Dad has had multiple Golfs and I have loved them.
It’s also important to note that I am fully splitting costs with a parent and we will be sharing the car, despite me being the one who will use it predominantly and own it when we plan to sell. We’ve decided upon wanting to get a polo now and have forgotten about the corsa models as they seemed to only be around £1,000 more at about £4,000 as opposed to £3,000 for corsa models so we are more than okay with paying extra for the VW reliability and quality - plus as I say I love VW polos and golfs.
The key reason I make this post is because we are having trouble finding the exact one we want, I understand it’s hard to do so given our filters of mileage, quality and such paired with the fact that we are buying used and subjectively “older” models. We have gone and viewed one which was 1.4L 80,000 miles and seemed great but upon going in person, it had a lot of rust around the door seams and such and had other issues like scratches and a chip in the windscreen (I expect scratches but paired with the former and latter, not so much).
One of my parents has been in the motor trade for decades and couldn’t come to visit it but upon seeing photos we took of the imperfections, they were instantly put off and think that from their experience that we should be able to get a better quality polo around these specifications for £4,000.
At the moment I’m having trouble finding any in my area and was just curious given this is the only one I’ve viewed myself, do you think a decent quality polo with these specs is achieve-able with our budget?
