Looking to climb Snowdon either tomorrow (Saturday 23rd) or Sunday 24th.
Based on the weather, which do you think is the best day to go?

Probably starting at 8:30/9am on the Pyg track and estimating about 3.5 hours up (I’m pregnant so going to take lots of breaks!)

Hi it’s my first time going up snowdon and we’re planning on going up the Watkins Path as it’s the closest path to where we’re staying and also looks like a good route.
The only thing I’m confused about is that it doesn’t seem like you come back down the Watkins Path due to its steepness. Is there an alternative route that links back onto Watkins while avoiding the really steep section, so we can get back to the same car park we started at?

Hi,
I'm looking for a quiet campsite in Snowdonia in early July. Of course most campsites are right on the busy A roads. My partner has sensory sensitivities and finds road noise and also rushing water hard to tolerate (alternatives seem to be places by rivers).
Does anyone know of any a bit further back from roads and peaceful, but a walk or easy drive to good hikes?
