How do I make Arthur stand back up?
I reached the end of the fight with Micah and Arthur climbed up a hill Now he is just lying there looking at the sky up Is he just taking a long break?

Ahhh man, i cant wait to get off work and play some RDR2! iv been kinda burnt out in games then i decided to hop on rdr2 after owning it for a few months but not playing much.
The place i left off was right before you hunt the deer at the very start of the game. I got on and as soon as i really started to care about what everyone was saying, that's when it clicked. "Oh this is really relaxing, listening to them talk while just chillen on a horse, taking it slow" i was really immersed in the game for the first time.
I'm more of a competitive gamer so FPS games are my go too. I tried to get into BG3, Cyberpunk, deathstranding and some others but i couldn't really get "immersed" in the world.
But as of a few days ago im really enjoying RDR2, like way more then i ever thought. Iv played the online mode, i liked it but got burntout quick because it's so grindy. Same with gta 5.
Then i got out of the prologue and man, the vast amount of people you can encounter and their "stories" are so amazing. I met the photographer that was trying to capture a picture of wildlife, went through his small event and was pleasantly surprised, not because i got a cool piece of gear or lore but simply because i was interested in his story.
I think thats the draw to the game i did not get before.
They are the story.
So, I'm probably halfway through chapter 6 on my first playthrough. Unfortunately I already know Arthur's going to die no matter what I do (still don't know if it's by illness or if he gets killed) and that if I have Buell with him, I won't have Buell as John. But ignoring that detail, does it make more sense story wise to go get Buell as Arthur or as John? Don't explain why, as I don't want to get anymore spoilers please. I just want to know which one is more impactful. Thank you
There are fans who compare every new game to RDR2 just to make other games look inferior. We all know RDR2 is legendary, but why does every new release need to be judged against it?
Not every game is trying to be hyper realistic. Some games focus more on gameplay, pacing, mechanics, or fun instead of real life levels of detail and immersion. Those games have their own fanbases for a reason.
The problem is that RDR2 fanboys keep posting these “attention to detail” comparisons against every new release. Eventually, fans of other games get annoyed and start hating on RDR2 as a form of retaliation.
It already happened before with GTA 4. Games took nearly a decade to match GTA 4’s attention to detail, and some still cannot fully replicate it. Even GTA 5 had fewer small details compared to GTA 4, which is why those infamous GTA 4 vs GTA 5 comparison videos divided the GTA fanbase till date.
Now RDR2 fans are doing the same thing with every new release. Instead of appreciating games for what they are trying to achieve, every discussion turns into “but RDR2 did this better.” And the result is that other gaming communities get fed up and start trashing RDR2 like it is some overrated game of the decade, even though the game itself did nothing wrong.
Just appreciate RDR2 without putting every other game down. Every game has its own strengths and weaknesses, and not all of them are trying to achieve the same thing.
Just thinking about possibilities here, and I don’t recall seeing this mentioned before, but what if it was based on the O’Driscoll’s .. a prequel to the prequel.. you’d still have younger Dutch (Hosea, John, Arthur) and possibly others such as Mac, Davey, Sean… etc etc, but they’d be opposition to you playing as Colm’s 2iC.. make a story about their side/point of view on the feud
Thoughts?
It is located North-West of Wapiti
I fuckig searched for Robin 4 days in a row inside a video.... I went to every single places from YouTube videos and all I could find were Northern Cardinals and Scarlett songbirds f****** hell man ..... So as is pretty well known by now, Herbalist 9 is technically not achievable as Arthur. “Technically” because you need to glitch into New Austin.
But maybe one of the glitches some of us use is by design: “The Carcass Head”
I started a new play through last week and have been going about Chapter 2 hammering out Challenges, trying to find the most efficient way to do them. I’d gotten to Herbalist 7 and realised that I needed the Special Miracle Cure Pamphlet - which is on the side of Mount Shann up behind Vetters Echo.
Well, there’s a guaranteed Grizzly Bear in Vetters Echo - so Herbalist took a backseat to Weapons Expert.
Anyway, Herbalist 8 (craft 6 poison weapons using Oleander Sage). Need the pamphlets, no problem. But the interesting thing is that the challenges are set so that by Herbalist 9, you have poison weapons - importantly, Poison arrows - which are INSTRUMENTAL in the carcass head glitch.
I’m probably overthinking it.. but makes for an interesting theory
