Basically the title! These are my "fancy" Blundstones and I've worn them to work three times a week from October to now. Now that the weather is warmer I'm struggling to know what to replace them with (none of my shoes fit after having my kids so I am gradually replacing them as the seasons progress).

I'm a simple neutral dresser and I wear a lot of black mid to full length d​resses and skirts, black pants, and dark denim. When I'm not at work in the summer, I'm wearing Tevas, Toms, and Birkenstocks, but I would prefer something very slightly dressy for work.

I know that this shouldn't be so hard but I've always struggled with finding office appropriate shoes that I like so I would really appreciate any help! Bonus points if the upper is made of natural materials and it's easily available in Canada. Willing to spend up to $350.

I'm trying to track down this maroon and white wrap dress from Banana Republic that Stephenie Meyer wore in Breaking Dawn Part 1. Google Lens pulls up tons of photos from various resale sites, but whenever I click on them, it takes me to their portal for all Banana Republic listings instead of that specific items listing. Are any of you better are breaking through Google's enshittification than I am?
