My login by email keeps getting tempo-restricted. For THE FIFTH FUCKING TIME, ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME CAPCUT?!?!?!?!
My CapCut Automatically logged out without my input, and when logging in, gave me the "maximum attempts reached Try again later" error, which followed with a temporary restriction email. Is anyone else getting this?! WTF IS GOING ON CAPCUT, WHY ARE YOU KEEP DOING THIS TO MY ACCOUNT????
I tried so many methods to prevent this from happening, changed the passwords even because some people say that hackers may have leaked it. I even sent a support mail just to restore my access only for the system to automatically log me out the next fucking day after I got back in!
My login via FB works, but whenever I try to log in via email, it works for one day and then next...THIS!!!
For the fifth time in a row, CapCut automatically logs out my account and when i tried to log in using email, it gave me the **"maximum attempts reached Try again later"** error which followed with a temporary restriction email from them saying that they restricted me due to frequent log-ins despite that I only log in ONCE!!!! AND I ONLY USE ONE DEVICE!!!!
WTF IS GOING ON CAPCUT, WHY ARE YOU KEEP DOING THIS TO MY ACCOUNT???? FIX THIS!!!!

Only attempted once and Capcut says "Maximum attempts reached. Please try again later"
How do you fix this issue? I only attempted once and it says "Maximum attempt reached" etc already. I'm sure the credentials I used are correct. My company switched to Capcut, and there's atleast 7-8 of us using it. Does that contribute to this issue? Thanks in advance.

Please help.
I opened capcut to edit a video and when I hit new project to select the clips I want to use, nothing loads. Its been loading for 5 minutes. I tried closing the app multiple times, refreshing the app, selecting a different album (it still wouldn't load). It worked just fine earlier.

How can I use extracted audios on the desktop version?

This video was created using a combination of GPT Image 2 and Seedance 2.0. As a beginner, this combination made video creation much simpler. However, after compositing the video, I found that there were still many problems, such as the connection between segments and the background music. The background music, in particular, was terrible. So I removed the sound and put it here. I really want to know how to find suitable background music for a video.

Why did extract audio track change from blue to green???
Am i the only one?? When I extract audio clips the color of the audio layer has turned into this green from the previous blue color. Why is it that everyday there's some annoying glitch with capcut that makes everyone's lives a little worse. On top of this, the original blue had a nice contrast where you could see the wavelength clearly, now the contrast between the green wavelength and background isn't as sharp, when I zoom out it's hard to make it out clearly.
Why did they do this?? is this happening to you to?? I've deleted cache, started a new project, restarted my computer, software update, nothing is fixing this.
This doesn't effect audio sound effects (those are still blue), and if I compound this audio clip it turns to blue, but the audio itself inside the compound is this low contrast green. Please help! (btw I have a pro account)
