How to get the best deal on CapCut?

I'm using the desktop version of CapCut to edit videos for my socials.
I started using it 2 years ago because I'm aiming at spending as little time as possible editing.
My job is making records with artists but I need to be more visible online, posting more content etc.

Now CapCut is asking me 24€/month for the standard version, it's almost as much as Premiere Pro and it's not like CapCut is a stable/reliable/premium software (it's great for beginners who aren't video editors like me).
I've been thinking about moving to Reslove. I'm using a lot of the premade effects, transitions, sfx, titles in CapCut. At that exact moment I probably don't have the energy to keep my attention focus on learning it and doing all of it from scratch in Resolve.

I'm not very comfortable with the dynamic pricing of CapCut...

Are there any good discount on the month to month subscription?

Thank you,

Beartooth - (No) Bullshit [drum cover] no sample, no edit, what you see is what you hear

This summer I got in touch with dozens of drummers in France to try something different.

Goal: make cool drum videos that sound huge and modern, but with zero samples, zero sound replacement, no quantizing.

I got frustrated scrolling and never knowing if what I'm hearing is real, triggered, a VST, or AI. So I wanted to challenge myself as a mix engineer.

This is Leo Marcoux playing Beartooth - Bullshit. That's how he actually plays, those are his tones, just boosted to the max. What you see is what you hear.

Each song has been a puzzle. On this one the gate was eating all the ghost notes on the snare, so I had to work super precisely to make every ghost note pop through that wall of sound without using a sample underneath.

I'm thinking about making a breakdown video showing the Pro Tools sessions and how we got there. Would that be useful here?

Happy to answer any technical questions about the recording/mix if you're curious about the no-sample approach.

How to properly export 48/24 audio of CapCut?

Hello,

I'm doing a session in CapCut.
I imported audio files the I recorded with a rode wireless pro in 48/32, that I cleaned in RX12 and exported in 48/24.
Now I wanted to export the audio in order to process it a little to make the voice sound better in Pro Tools. But by default CapCut export the audio file as 44.1/16.
How can I keep it at 48/24 when exporting it out of CapCut?

Thank you
