I'm UK based, I've got £20 in my Microsoft Account which is due to expire as there's no games on sale that I'm really interested in. MY GPU is subscribed until Feb next year so I thought I would just add a month to it.

I've tried this several times on my laptop and console and getting nowhere trying to add a month.

My account is setup for Microsoft Account Balance to use first and then my credit card as the backup.

Reoccurring billing is turned off.

On my Windows laptop I go to Xbox website and login and select Extend my subscription for one month at £16.99.

The next screen tells me that it will deduct the £16.99 from my £20 Account balance, I select next to confirm and then my mobile banking app pings with a screen asking me to confirm payment of £16.99 which will be deducted today’s date and not when my GPU expires in February 2027. I just decline at this point.

I've also tried adding the three month option of emailing it to myself. Again it states if will use the £20 first then my credit card and when I proceed the full amount from my bank.

Tried it on my Xbox console and I can't get to any extend screen. When I go into my account and then subscriptions It’s got a screen where I can manage or change subscription when I select manage it does nothing.

Anyone else had this or any ideas on what to do?

Hi everyone, my account was working completely fine yesterday, but today my dashboard is suddenly missing all daily tasks, streaks, and search points as shown in the screenshot. The daily set is nowhere to be found, and only the perks and progress sections are visible even though I haven't used a VPN or changed my region. Is anyone else currently experiencing this glitch, or is this some kind of restriction on my account?

It's already after 12 am EST and the daily set was not reset. What's up with this?

I tried refreshing but the page doesnt change.
I haven't done the daily set as shown by the activity section

So they have removed the amazon giftcard entirely or will it ever be restocked, I had the chance to redeem the last june which I should have made but I forgot now there is no useful GC in this to be redeemed catalogue.

I played a game for more than 15 minutes and it just does not reward me with points. Does not matter if cloud, PC or Xbox, it just does not reward me. Everything else besides that does work. Does Microsoft has server issues right now or do I have to contact support for this?
