Hi everyone, I wanted to know if I’m the only one experiencing this on my Samsung Galaxy A36 5G.
During the first days after updating to One UI 8.5, the phone felt incredibly smooth. Animations were much more fluid, camera switching improved, there were fewer bugs, and overall performance felt noticeably better.
However, for the past couple of days I’ve been noticing a pretty significant downgrade in performance:
thermal throttling (the phone seems to limit performance and gets warmer)
random bugs here and there
slowdowns / less smooth UI
an overall performance drop compared to the first days after the update
I’m not sure if this is related to post-update optimization, background processes, cache issues, or if other people are experiencing the same thing.
Is anyone else with a Galaxy A36 5G or One UI 8.5 noticing similar issues? Have you found any fix?
