Which thumbnail is working?

I am very new to this, and have already learned the thumbnails are the most important but the most difficult. So seeking your help.

The video is about when Winston Churchill was 24 years old and a news reporter and was captured during the Boer War in Africa. This incident made Churchill the person he would become and instated the resolve in him to save the United Kingdom from the hands of the Nazi Germany during World War II.

Won't be posting the channel details because it will sound like I'm advertising while I'm only genuinely seeking help + the videos have views in a single digit and if you just click on a few videos and don't watch it, i'm f@cked.

Any help will be deeply appreciated and paid back with interest when the time comes.

What's the best option to make storyboards?

I am an Engineer but these days my passion lies deep into making immersive documentaries. I use 3D tools like Blender and Unreal Engine to enact stories of the past and future. I use extensive SFXs and atmospheric music to make the quality high.

Despite all this, my extensive knowledge and experience lies in Engineering so I am having a hard time learning everything about filmmaking all at once. While I am a voracious consumer of tips, I haven't been able to find an efficient way to storyboard. I can't hire a storyboard artist, I will have to do it myself. But the imagination part is lacking. How can I get better at this?

Just starting out a brand new channel (3D Documentary). Any tips/comments/suggestions wholeheartedly welcome.

I have been intrigued by documentary videos since a long time. Seeing the stories of the past, the emotions, the disasters, the lessons made me feel grateful. Then I came across 3D stories and found them to be an unique way to show exactly what happened, to whom, where, when, how and for what reason without having to search for footages. Then I entered a rabbit hole learning Unreal Engine and Blender (yeah, at a time where AI can do most of the work, I know).

I have posted 3 videos so far. Quite disappointing in my opinion that they are getting between 5 to 16 views. I would have hoped for more. I understand one video will not make things perfect and consistency is the key. But I see Youtube choking the reach so bad that I have doubts whether this would even be worth it.

Could any of you go through some of the videos there, and see if (I need feedbacks mainly on):

  1. This is something worth making more? Or is this too generic, saturated?

  2. Is the voiceover too shit ? I use AI as a non-native English speaker with slurry pronunciations.

  3. What do you think about the audio quality and sound design? Does it feel off? Or does it feel like a promising work in progress?

  4. I like sharing stories, I like making them immersive, emotional. Do you get that vibe when you look at my work?

Would appreciate if anyone could reach out. Tell me if it's desirable or this has been a disaster? I have come a long way, but if its a wrong way, I will be okay either way.
