I have 4 versions of a thumbnail that I want to test. All pretty similar, just the big word at the bottom changed. But I've noticed in the past (I'm a small channel, <700 subs) that running a thumbnail test seemed to be a bad idea, because I barely get exposure to begin with, it then shows a thumbnail that doesnt perform well to people, stops showing to people, and then tells me it doesnt have enough data to even tell me which thumbnail won, which makes ZERO sense.

I've had videos with 1k views within the 2 week period and it still tell me it didn't have enough data to tell me what thumbnail won, and hardly ever reach that mark. So it seems like a sure-fire way to make my video not perform well. Am I crazy?

I make a video no each batch of the UFO Files. This one discusses the 6th batch dropped last week. There were videos released, but I focus on the documents such as 37 reference documents from a govt classified UFO program known as AAWSAP that reviewed the current research on frontier scientific topics: Antigravity, Negative Energy, Wormholes/Warp Drives, Extra Dimensions, Mind Control of Spacecraft, just to name a few. The military document has a section for the observer to fill out a section about if any UAP materials were recovered, if it was under intelligent control, what physical state was it, etc. That's the background behind my thumbnail ideas.

Hey everyone, I'm about to upload a long-form fight compilation from a K-drama (Weak Hero Class 1 Season 1, all 8 episodes). It's pure fights with fast editing and commentary I made the thumbnail and would love honest feedback before I publish

What I was going for:

• Big, bold text with a "ONE VS EVERYONE" hook to show the underdog-vs-crowd story
• A bruised, bloodied character with a crowd behind him for emotion
• A small "ALL FIGHTS" tag in the corner to show what the video is

What I'm unsure about:

1. Is the text readable at small mobile sizes?
2. Is "ALL FIGHTS" too small or too hidden in the corner?
3. Is the image too blurry or dark? Would a sharper or brighter frame work better?
4. Would you click this? If not, what would make you click?
