How do I clean this?

I am attempting to clean YEARS worth of buildup on this floor. I scrubbed the area with LA’s Totally Awesome Cleaner and Degreaser for 2 hours and this is my progress.

Does anyone know what type of floor this is? Or if it is safe to use ammonia on it? Or if it would be better to replace the floor?

What kind of floor is this?

I am attempting to clean YEARS worth of buildup on this floor. After two hours of scrubbing with LA’s Awesome Cleaner and Degreaser, this is my progress.

Does anyone have an idea of what kind of flooring this is? If it’s safe to use ammonia on it? Or if I should just replace the floor and/or put a floor over it?
