I know it's not much. But came a long way. M26

I have this very stubborn body type where I cannot gain weight or muscle easily.

One fine day I started working out and I never looked back. I know the progress is very slow but given my body type, i am quite satisfied.

Now coming to point, even after heavy(atelast what i think) and consistent workout , i am stuck at this body weight of 69 from months. Literally 0 body weight gain. I am doing everything I can but nothing is working out for me. Taking creatine, whey, eating feels like vomiting.

Please help a fellow gym goer out. Any suggestions would be helpful. Anyone like me who got out of this mid physique ? Please share ur opinion.
