Recessed lighting to a lathe and plaster ceiling without ruining it?
My 100 year old house has lathe and plaster ceilings. My 50 year old kitchen could benefit from recessed lighting. Can I have recessed lighting set into my plaster ceiling without it cracking and needing replacing?

Breakouts around chin. What to do?
I still get acne on the sides of nh chin. I’m in hormones (49). My skin is super prone to breakouts and redness. AHA causes breakouts and small tears even.
Current regime:
Cerave face cleanser
Rose water w glycerine
Vanicream
Minor tinted bb cream during day
Evening wash and moisturize

Applying liquid foundation/bb cream w a brush
Just wanted to share this great new technique for all those other pretty ladies who do NOT have mad makeup skills.
I started applying my liquid tinted bb cream with a brush and it looks so good. I get compliments on my skin.
I guess this is obvious to some but not me.
