1 BACKGROUND on Sunday April 19 after the resignation of victor chernov from the UP u/dazzling flight initiated a vote of no confidence against viktor chernov to be removed form the role of prime minister
2 CLAIM BY THE PLAINTIFF the plaintiff has claimed that the act violated article 2 section 4 subsection 2 item 4
“ Intentional impeachment or recall trials for political reasons shall be considered a high crime, punishable by expulsion from the body and removal from no fewer than two election cycles.”

4.2 Definition of vote of no confidence
an occasion when most of the members of a parliament or other organization say that they do not support the people in authority and that they disagree with their actions
4.3 As the constitution states “Parliament may remove the PM as a normal bill.” And as a vote of no confidence is treated as such predominantly as a normal bill/occurrence it is legal
