I'm great! I feel like it's a big deal but others don't get it ..... Seems like if you haven't been smoke free for a whole year, they're just like whatever you're going to go back to it again. I really don't care though. I know I'm done with it this time for good!

So on some Saturdays I would get bursts of energy to get everything done on my to-do list. Today is one of those days. I have been having major cravings today and I thought it was related to the habit of cleaning/organizing and taking smoke breaks.

It dawned on me that I'm just hungry.

In the past, I would take smoke breaks and it would curb my appetite so I would keep going all day without eating!
