What mode or custom tune do you use when depending ?

I’m new to e-bikes, just got a bike with M2s motor and after my first ride on trails I struggled to find a mode that made the downhills feel natural.

Eco feels really dead when I have to give a short pedal, trail was causing the to loose traction when pedaling just after a corner.

Pedalling up to jumps I found the motor was still pushing when I wanted to coast up the lip, this is with overrun turned all the way down on all modes.

I want to pedal in my highest gear like I would on my analogue bikes, is this creating some of the issue ??

The ups have been unreal, ideas and insights on making the downs more predictable would be greatly appreciated.
