Attending a destination wedding (Ireland, July). We have a cocktail attire welcome dinner at 6pm the night before the ceremony. My partner is wearing a light gray suit and if I wear this dress, they will wear a white shirt with black tie. Is this appropriate?

If so, are gold heels appropriate with the right jewelry? These are the gold shoes I’m considering for the ceremony and could wear twice. I will have room for another pair of heels if black will be better.

Note: I already own this dress, but that’s not me in the photo.

I’ve been wanting to try anything canned for a LONG time. Finally stumbled across a sale & tried these both. Sardines I ate plain and the mussels I tossed in spaghetti noodles with their oil, capers, cayenne pepper, salt, cracked black pepper, and Parmesan. Yum!!!! I’ll be returning to the grocery store tomorrow to see if the sale is still active. Let me know what budget-friendly brands accessible in southern US to try next!

Only complaint is that I physically could not open the matiz further. Strong packaging but maybe too strong?
