When should I refund?
I'm having an issue with two possible lost orders and I'm not really sure what to do.
I dropped off two orders at the mail office at the university where I work (they ship personal USPS items if you have a prepaid label). I dropped them off right as USPS was picking up the mail so I saw them give the packages to the USPS employee. This was at like 9am, its now 3pm the next day and there are no scans (tracking still just says label created, USPS waiting on item).
It has never taken this long in the past for tracking to be updated so I'm guessing they were somehow lost? But I'm not sure how to proceed because technically according to USPS I haven't shipped the item.
Do I just refund the buyers if it never updates? Or can I file a claim even though it says I never shipped?
