Gym Goers - How frequently do you train and how many rest days do you take in-between sessions?
As mentioned above.
In my case, ive been training for an year and a half and try my best to hit the gym at least thrice a week with at least one or two rest days in between sessions and when all goes to plan training feels great but regardless of that there are days where I miss the sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and the gap extends to i.e. 5 days and when I return to training that first day back feels tiring
Just want to know how you folks manage your training and if you've come across such an experience
