So i cant do any surveys ive tried over 25 and they all say im not qualified from fivesurveys end not within the survey, and i tried to contact customer service twice no email response its been over 4 days

i think something happended to my account because they asked me to verify my number and i did it but it stayed at the loading screen for about 5 minutes until i just finally reloaded the page and now i cant participate in any surveys or cashout my 5 bucks

I sent out my 2023 federal and 2024 federal on march 9 different envelopes ,

my 2023 was in the system after about 3 weeks and sent out that same week

its been about 9 weeks now and still not even in the system for the 2024 and im thinking do i send in another copy or what

I want to send another copy but i hear that if you do that and they end up processing then id have to wait way longer

Its been about 8 weeks since ive sent in 4 different taxes - 2 state and 2 federal all under $1000 Paper mail

Everything was sent all in one March 9th 8 weeks ago

All have been accepted and refunded before april 8th, the state came in faster

The 2023 federal i received on april 8th

Still No Update at all for the 2024 federal

This doesnt make any sense to me because i received the 3 so early but this one is still not even in the system when i go to irs website and its making think its lost mail but if its not then i send in another and its gets processed them i gotta wait even longer, i dont know what to do.
