


Help me fix my routine😫
For context I have been working out for 4months and haven’t seen any changes.
My routine:
- Hip Thrust
- RDL / Goodmornings
- Bulgarian Split Squat / Step Ups
- Single Leg Press
- Curtsy Lunge
- Cable Clamshell
- Seated Hip Abduction
I know its a lot, and Im so sick of doing everything because I can’t afford pt and I am only relying online, and they all say different things, so Im doing everything at the same time. I do this 2-3x a week.
Help me fix this!
