Prof and student
I want to have the free will to rewatch the lectures.
Okay ba to doc?😭😭😭
Pls recommend the PERFECT WHITE SHOES you have worn sa clinics.
Sa school namin is bawal may shoelace. Recommended na madaling punasan and linisin, like leather. Pasok sana ang hawkwell pero not good for the feet, sumasakit paa ko and sobrang layo ng difference kapag yung skechers ang suot ko. Good shoes really does matter.
Pls pls pls recommend some good white shoes. Thank you in advance.
i always see people saying Sir V is a super terror professor. totoo ba? like how bad is he? prof kasi namin sya sa ethics hahwhahan makakahinga pa ba ako nito?
Hello! If you want some transes na very very complete you can avail our transes HAHAHAH
Rfs: para may pang samgyup kami
Hi po. Any thoughts po sa composite na to? And ano po mas better ito po or xsfil? Thank you po!
hi guys! anong school kaya nagaaccept ng transferees for 1st year 2nd sem? for context, I am already enrolled in another program in another school (doesn’t offer dentistry program), and lately narealize ko na i wanna pursue dentistry. My program in that school is BSBA Marketing. alam ko sobrang layo hwhahahaha pero nawalan ako ng passion sa course ko and I reallyyyy wanna pursue dentistry kaso di ako pinayagan ng parents ko magwithdraw ng enrollment sa school kung san ako enrolled kasi 15k ang di marerefund sa binayaran na tuition fee🥲 gusto ko sana iwithdraw enrollment ko and enroll in another school na nagooffer dent kasoo ayaw ng parents ko, sa 2nd sem nalang daw ako magtransfer. posible ba yon?
What are the common stereotypes of students or dentists from the top Dent schools in the Philippines?
Here’s what I know so far:
- very meticulous and takes their time (in other words, medyo matagal gumawa)
- Usually becomes part of the government/politics
- holds high positions in hospitals / LGU
- Very technical and by the book
- Independent thinkers and doers
- most “Conyo” students from exclusive HS schools choose UE for college
- Most known mentors are UE grads
- highly regarded by colleagues
- overconfident (sometimes not a good thing)
- Home of topnotchers
- maraming humble / cowboy personality
- most good looking Dentistry students
- Too aggressive sa treatment planning (not necessarily a bad thing)
- madaming sideline aside from Dentistry
What are your thoughts?
hiii! i’m from d11j. do i have any blockmates here?huhuhu also is there a group chat na ba? 🥹
hi sa mga UE students na nagsstay sa vista recto. ask ko lang if nilalakad nyo ba yung pauwi non or nagccommute pa po kayo? 7:30 po kasi dismissal ko and medyo nakakatakot po for me kasi first time ko po sa manila and di pa po ako familiar sa environment dito. thank you po
Mataas magpasahod. Located pa sa highend condo in Rada.
any of my blockmates here??
ano ba mga need ko iprepare before mag start class
I feel a bit lost but still motivated since konting cases na lng natitira ko (space maintainer and fpd). Wala lang haha I thought tanggap ko na last yr pa na di pa kaya grumaduate since lgi rejected space maintainer ko, and ang hirap lang din sa part na onti na lang sana, andun na ako nasa ceremony naglalakad : <<
I know don't compare your phase sa iba, pero ang hirap lang pala tlaga pigilan and no hard feelings ksi alam na alam ko yung hirap to get that diploma huhu pavent lng saglit. I hope sa mga same feelings w me, we'll have our time din and congrats sa mga graduates!!! You deserve it aaaa
Hi, I’m an incoming 4 year student and I constantly heard stories of getting delayed by one year or more.
However, I never heard anyone graduating on time lol. I at-least want a guide or tips on how to do it so I could prepare myself
Hello! I was recently accepted into a state uni's College of Dentistry, and I'm one of the few applicants who was ultimately offered a slot.
However, I'm having second thoughts about whether dentistry is the right path for me.
Ever since junior high school, my goal has always been to become a doctor, if not a cardiothoracic surgeon abroad. My preferred pre-med was Pharmacy because it aligned with the things I genuinely enjoyed; memorization, chemistry, mathematics, laboratory work, and I mainly applied to institutions known for their research since I've learned to love writing research papers. I've always been more of an academics-oriented student and found myself much more drawn to studying and lab activities than to our more artsy or skill-based activities.
Since Pharmacy wasn't offered at the state university, I randomly chose Dentistry as an alternative. However, after learning more about the program and its RSA requirement, which would require me to serve for six years after graduation, I'm beginning to question whether enrolling would still align with my long-term goals of pursuing medicine and eventually working abroad.
I'm still waiting for the results of my reconsideration at UST FOP, but at the moment, I'm uncertain whether Dentistry is a path I truly want to commit to.
I'd really like to hear stories from others, to maybe either motivate or demotivate me from choosing dentistry. If anyone has been in a similar dilemma, please share your experience! Thank you 🥹🥹...
I’ve noticed that some dentists on tiktok promote specific dental products and some also have the yellow basket for affiliate commissions. Others even do live selling pa. I was wondering how this is viewed from a dental ethics perspective. Is it generally acceptable or may ethical considerations regarding endorsements and earning from these products??
genuinely concerned kasi napapansin ko parami na nang parami yung dental students na ang hahaba ng kuko tapos may iba pa na naka-fake nails. I MEAN I GET IT, i get fake nails din pero during vacation lang/term breaks.
nung anesth namin may classmate kami na binagsak ng prof during practicals kasi nakita na ang haba ng kuko. kaya i really don’t get bakit ang dami ko nakikita sa fb and tiktok na ang hahaba ng nails huhu. may bagong study na ba na nagsusuggest na hindi dugyot pag mahaba nails? or may new techniques ba na nadevelop kaya hindi nakakasakit yang napakahabang nails?
I’m actually enrolled sa nu moa but im rlly contemplating sa nu. So as early as now, want ko na sana withdraw enrollment ko and proceed either sa dalawang yan. May contract pa kasi ako for 6months sa condo ko near nu moa, and cocommute nalang ako pa ceu if ever para maconsume yung 45k na nadown for condo 🥲 but kinda hassle i knoww, wdyt po and ano po mode of transpo ko if ever MNL? mas malapit po sa pasay ang mkt diba? pero parang hirap daw makahanap patients dun and ang living expenses. Sa mnl po kasi marami raw patients and cheap eateries so iniisip ko rin convenient sa akin na place once matapos contract ko sa condo. Help me out, or should I stay?! HEJWJWKWKH pls help me out b4 its too lateee
