Quick rant: This course is about to break me

Usually, I never cry in dentistry, but now as a 5th-year clinician, I’m so stressed. Nothing is going my way, which I know is normal.
First, my RCT comprehensive patient, who I share with my friend, she was supposed to be for rehab prior to approval. She canceled on me twice, which I was still understanding about because she works and was tired. I gave her a third chance, and it worked. But after approval, I was supposed to meet her for perio on many occasions, and she kept getting sick. I don't blame her at all, but time was still wasted. I told her I would give her one last chance to come, not because she failed to show up, but because time is so important. I cant let her go cause i feel bad becuase she works exhausting hours, which makes getting dental treatment really tough for her and also me and my friend are sharing so if i do let her go both me and my friend will be stressed.
Another problem is my exo comprehensive patient. It’s not her fault, but time is still my enemy since she is in the province. When she comes back, I will do the rehab, but I have to wait another week so it can heal before approval.
As for my pediatric patients, both are unavailable because my clinic falls on weekdays and they don't want to miss school. On top of that, my complete denture patient was okay at the moment, but I have to find another one because my first one ghosted me. My money and time were wasted, especially since I got him through an agent.I don't know anymore if I'm doing the right thing. I can't stop now because of all the money spent and time given. I know this is part of the process, but it's too much.I know I should have backups, and I do, but money and time are real issues. I can't keep spending on patients who may or may not be approved, spending so much on X-rays and other requirements.
I know it's part of the process and that it will pass, but I can't help feeling left out or delayed compared to my friends. Shit, I don't know anymore. But I made a promise to myself: I will never cry over this. I will only cry when I pass or graduate. So yeah pink school is deadass testing me 😂 just ranting cause I’m overwhelmed
