I had a rhinoplasty and although it took away the bump and refined my nose. It was really nowhere near the nose I thought I would have.
Aside from not having the best breathing (I’m just used to it now) it has developed a bump on the right side and is pretty lumpy to the touch.
The only reason keeping me from a second rhinoplasty aside from the COST(Omg…) is the emotional toll it took me 10 years ago. I was 19 and I remember having a panic attack when the cast came off. The swelling and straight wide nose from the front I thought I had ruined my face forever. I was extremely depressed during the healing phase. It took over a year to feel happy and even then I was already hating my photos from certain angles because it looked too long. Some angles it looks great and some it’s HUGE. I call it a catfish nose. I’m not sure if I will ever be completely happy so I’m scared to go forward with a second. Has anyone been to turkey?

In the market for a surgeon.

I had a rhinoplasty 10 years ago, basically my nose looked like this but shaped with a bump. I don’t have photos. My nose has a bump on the right side now and is pretty lumpy to the touch.
I can’t breathe as well as I should, it’s too long and big. I’m looking for a US revision surgeon I can trust, I’m located on the east coast. I would travel to turkey but I don’t want to have a typical turkey nose. I still want to look like me.
