To the Polish bone marrow donor who saved my mother’s life — thank you 🇵🇱❤️🇭🇺
I don’t know who you are.
I will probably never know your name, your face, or where exactly in Poland you live but you saved my mother’s life.
Somewhere in Poland, a person decided to become a bone marrow donor, and because of that decision, my mom got a second chance at life after her transplant. There are no words big enough for the gratitude our family feels.
You didn’t just donate cells.
You gave hope back to a family that was living in fear for a very long time.
You gave us more birthdays, more conversations, more memories, more time together.
Whoever you are, please know that in Hungary there is a family thinking about you with endless gratitude and love.
Thank you for your kindness, your courage, and your humanity.
You changed our lives forever.
