I have a Q7 3.0L v6 with towing package and I am looking to buy a travel trailer to do some off grid camping so I can hike and bike around while working from home on the road. I have a trailer in mind (Ember Overlander with max solar) and I wondering the Q7 will be able to handle it.

The stats for trailer

GVWR - 5930 lbs
Dry Weight - 4580 lbs
Hitch Weight - 565 lbs

The gross weight and hitch weight don’t seem to exceed the max weight (7700lbs) and hitch (770lbs) amounts but seems close and I imagine it’s good to have some headroom with towing.

Let me know if you think I’m good to get the trailer or if should avoid this and go for a smaller trailer.
