Here is my honest evaluation after using the Poco X8 Pro Max for 1.5 months.

​To be blunt, this phone overheats way too quickly during gaming. While playing PUBG Mobile on 120 FPS with smooth graphics, I experienced massive FPS drops down to 60-90 FPS in just my second match. Even worse, while playing Wild Rift on 120 FPS, the phone literally turned into a furnace and the performance choked, dropping almost to 30 FPS. And mind you, all of this happened while using the phone without any case.

​After just a short session of heavy gaming, the performance instantly throttles and drops down to the level of an entry or mid-range phone. I have tried optimization tweaks, background restrictions, and a full debloat project, but nothing stops the aggressive thermal throttling.

​What are your thoughts on this? Is anyone else experiencing this absolute thermal nightmare
