Looking for an experienced e-commerce operator to partner with — I’m prepared to invest $10k–$50k

I’m looking to partner with someone who has real experience building and running an e-commerce business.

I’m prepared to invest $10,000–$50,000 of my own capital, depending on the business model, opportunity, and growth plan.

The target is to build something sustainable that can eventually generate around $50k+ per year in profit for me while creating a business we can grow together.

I’m not looking for someone with only an idea.

I’m specifically interested in someone who has experience with:

  • Product research and sourcing
  • Profit margins and unit economics
  • Paid advertising
  • Conversion rates
  • Fulfillment and operations
  • Customer acquisition
  • Building and scaling an online store

I’m open to different models, including private label, DTC, marketplaces, or another approach that makes sense based on your experience.

I would bring the investment capital. I’m looking for someone who can bring the e-commerce knowledge, execution, and operational experience.

Have you already built or currently run an e-commerce business?

If so, send me a DM with:

  • What you built
  • Your experience and results
  • What worked
  • What didn’t work
  • What you would do differently today
  • What kind of partnership you’re looking for

I’m not looking to rush into anything. I want to find the right operator, verify the experience, and build something properly.

If you’re serious about partnering with an investor and have the experience to operate the business, let’s talk.

I don’t need your money. I need your network.

I’m thinking about building a business and looking for someone in the US, UK, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Canada, etc. who might want to build it with me.

The idea is pretty simple:

I bring the talent. You bring the customers.

I’m based in Pakistan and have access to university graduates across CS, software engineering, IT, finance, business and engineering.

The business would provide dedicated remote employees — both to businesses and to individual professionals.

For businesses:

Real estate → leads, CRM, listings, follow-ups
Trucking → paperwork, tracking, invoices
Accounting → bookkeeping support, reconciliations, research
E-commerce → listings, support, orders

But I also see a market among normal professionals.

If someone is making $5k–10k/month, why are they spending their evenings doing research, spreadsheets, admin, CRM updates, reports or other repetitive work?

They could have a dedicated person handling that work for a fraction of the cost of a local hire.

And the remote employee wouldn't just be doing everything manually. They'd use AI aggressively to get more done.

I can build the Pakistan side: recruiting, vetting, hiring, training and managing the team.

What I can't easily build from Pakistan is a network of Western customers.

That's what I'm looking for.

Not someone to make a pitch deck with me.

I want someone who can sell.

If you were doing this with me, how would you get our first 5 customers?

That answer interests me more than your résumé.
