So I watched through all of the show and I swear while watching Marius telling Lestat how to take care of the queen he never mentioned “make sure she stays as stone, make sure she doesn’t rise” all I remember him saying is feed her ash, get her gifts and she will eventually speak to you. Maybe I missed it somehow while watching but dude was basically like Akasha chose you, I’m out. It’s like a trainer training you using all the shortcuts but not telling him exactly what the job was. To me he was a “unworthy” teacher.
