Bought a laptop and received it less than 48 hours ago, everything was going well. Then the computer shut off out of nowhere while being used. Black screen, black keyboard with 0 sign of life. Battery was at 50%.
Hard reset it and everything. Im at the point of charging it again and retrying tomorrow. Any clue why it would do this?

I'm posting this in hopes for some information and guidance for my circumstance.
Yesterday, I finally received my rating from the VA. Upon reading through the letter, I came across my claims for OSA and Tinnitus were both deferred. The rating and status I received is one that I am very happy with but have some concerns.
Since these are deferred, if I follow up with the requested appointment for tinnitus and they screen my record again OSA (I have documented sleep apnea and CPAP prescribed through the military).
Is there a possibility they lower my rating during this time? Or since it is within the same claim, will it only add to it? Thank you in advance
