ENBD Duo Card – 5% Education Cashback Issue (Anyone else faced this?)
I used my ENBD Duo card to pay an education fee on 12 April 2026, which should qualify for 5% cashback. The cashback was supposed to be credited around 10 May, but the amount I received is clearly incorrect.
I’ve raised multiple complaints through the ENBD X app, but they keep closing the tickets saying the points are correct. I even called customer support, and the agent agreed the cashback looks wrong.
Still no resolution after all this.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with Duo cashback? Any tips on how to get this properly resolved?
