Best tanning water

Best tanning water or water mousse for a lasting tan that fades evenly? For full body application please. I’ve tried st tropez on my face and neck area but found it slightly orange which is strange cause I love their mousses! Also found it to fade slightly patchy when their mousse fades nice and evenly. Would love to try a water for my full body, please recommend 🙏

Longevity

Is there a fake tanner that actually lasts for at least a full week?

I’ve tried so many fake tans, from mousses to gradual tans, tanning drops etc and feel like I can never get them to last on me! Anytime I’ve tried to top up a mousse with a gradual etc it just messes with the original undertones and turns a dodgy colour. I am pretty good at following the prep and maintain steps as well although admittedly I’m not as good as I could be with the moisturising afterwards as I don’t like the feeling of moisturiser on my skin lol 🤦🏼‍♀️

I think the longest I’ve managed to get a self tanner to last is 5 days before it’s pretty much gone and that was st tropez mousse. I do love this one as I find it fades very naturally which is something I also prefer in a self tanner.

Anyways, just wondering if by chance there’s a fake tanner I’ve maybe not tried that actually lasts a full week before needing removed/ reapplied? TIA

Jergens wet skin moisturiser

Looking for advice from anyone who uses this self tanner! I recently bought this after it was recommended on here and have to say I’m pretty impressed with it!

Was so easy to apply and turned out very nice and natural looking considering I was in a bit of a rush applying it! No transfer and the smell wasn’t nearly as bad as some. I’m just wondering how anyone who uses this tan maintains it?

Can you just put it on every few days on top of what you already have on or is there a point where you have to scrub it all off and reapply? Do you have to moisturise regularly and if so is there any recommendations on what moisturiser to use?

Any help/advice appreciated ☺️

St tropez purity water mousse

Has anyone tried st tropez purity water clear self tanning mousse? I’m curious how this holds up in comparison to their original tanning mousse which I’m a fan of! Sounds good in theory as it’s no transfer, but interested to know anyone’s experience with this please?

PETA Jane mist or dolce glow tans

Has anyone tried the peta jane medium self tanning mist or any other Peta Jane products or dulce glow self tanners and can advise on longevity, how it fades and whether it transfers etc? Keep hearing great things about them but don’t want to invest in yet another expensive tan that’s not worth it! Thank you ☺️

Hey all, I’m looking for some clear tanning option recommendations. I’ve only really tried isle of paradise drops which I found pulled a bit orange on me. I’ve also recently purchased st tropez purity mist for my face, but looking for something I can use on my body as well. Ideally looking for something that is non transfer, has decent lasting power and fades evenly rather than patchy/blotchy. Please drop your recommendations below whether it be a tanning water, clear mousse, tanning drops or gel. Thank you ☺️

Anyone had this issue when applying st tropez express mousse? The one in the blue bottle? I usually use the classic foam and have never had an issue, however thought I’d try this so that I don’t have to sleep in it and can rinse it off quicker. It seems to have collected/ went patchy on my neck no matter how much I rubbed it in and yes I done all the proper prep - exfoliated, moisturised dry patches, shaved 48 hours before etc… and used a tanning mitt. It hasn’t developed yet so I’m hoping it might be ok once rinsed, but panicking a little in case it’s not as I have an event tomorrow 🤦🏼‍♀️😅

Is it better to tan the night before or 2 nights before an event? I’ve usually always tanned the night before but interested what everyone’s opinions are as I’m thinking if you tan 2 nights before it gives you a chance to correct any mistakes/ add more tan if needed? Any advice/ opinions appreciated. Thanks ☺️
