Behaviour insights

What is actually meant to happen in the behaviour insights section? I have logged every single day since getting my whoop alcohol and caffeine hoping to see some sort of trend but I have nothing.
I have now started adding in more as I am interested but they're still not working. Help pls 🙏🏼

Steps

Hello, I am a new user currently day 5 of calibrating. I've noticed the steps are absolutely miles off even from my phone. My phone steps are at 11,200 but my whoop is saying 9,400. The whoop hasn't come off since I got it, wear it in the shower etc. and it's still 2000 off.
Will this get better after the 7 day calibration?
