Help, I recently bought this phone from a friend, and factory restarted it cause he forgot his password, but when it came back on, it asked me for the PIN or password for the old phone, and my friend doesn't remember either. What can I do

I put one of the long screws in there thinking it was for that slot and bore a hole through my case and now I can't unscrew it 😃😃

So I got these buds second hand and I can't update the firmware or charge it, Ive tried cleaning it, leaving it opened while charging, leaving that side to charge for long periods of times (even a day doesn't get it running sc to normal) and now I'm just stuck cause I don't know what to do and I was really looking forward to use the buds tok. Any fixes or remedies?
