Is Birdfy still experiencing problems? My Birdfy cam 2 pro camera is not recording or sending notifications. I updated the app, rebooted, hard reset the camera, deleted and reinstalled the camera, deleted and reinstalled the app. I have contacted them but when I call it says no representatives available. I emailed them with no response. It’s so frustrating not to be able to watch my birds. I don’t know what else to do.
