Cholesterol results

Hi everyone!
My results:

LDL 129 HIGH
HDL 86
TOTAL 239 HIGH
CRP >1
LPa pending

Spoke to 2 diff doctors who said 2 different things. First was that my high hdl off sets the high ldl. Not to worry. Second said new research is showing abnormally high hdl is no good? A quick google search said the same. Should I see a cardiologist? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
For context I’m a 41 yo female. Healthy diet, low alcohol consumption, active. At age 35 I had severe preeclampsia at 32 weeks which I know puts me at a much greater risk for cardiovascular issues so I do worry about this maybe more than I would have beforehand!
Thanks all!

Marley spoon first week

Got the crab cakes and another dish. There was no crab in my box! which was the most expensive and important part of the dish. I complained and they offered me $10 credit for next week’s box. I didn’t feel like that was enough? Bc all the other ingredients (mayo, bread crumbs, seasonings) I already have. So it made the whole order feel useless!
Not sure if I should give them another chance. Would suck to not even be able to use my credit but I’m so far not happy.

▲ 1 r/prozac

Hello! i was on Prozac from January 2025 til August 2025. Immediately my sleep changed and my sleep scores went from 90’s and continued to decline to about the 60’s. My dr convinced me to keep pushing through and prescribed me a sleep med on top of it. I had many nights I didn’t even sleep for a minute it felt like and truly became a zombie. Tried adjusting time of day I took it and that helped slightly. I finally had enough and tapered off. It’s been about 7 months and my sleep has not returned to normal. I’m 41 and have decades of good sleep (and Apple Watch data to prove that it was excellent every night prior to Prozac!) the insomnia is seriously effecting my life. I am tired every day.
My question is for those who stopped Prozac- did they have lingering side effects like this so far out? Did things ever go back to normal for you?
Thanks for anyone who answers
