What were you told about Vraylar?

I'm curious because I started Vraylar probably around 5-6 years ago when they really started marketing it for bipolar depression. I was told it was well-tolerated; it wasn't like to cause weight gain, effect my libido and would really help my depression. Well, honestly, in my case that was a big load of crock. Was anybody else told this?

Bra?

Hey all. First time with shingles here. "Seeking support" (see what I did there) and suggestions. The rash goes from my right breast under my arm and across my right shoulder blade.

I have a work trip next week where I have to be in office. Most of the year, I work from home so I've been able to avoid wearing a bra and can wear loose shirts. The trip isn't really optional and since I'll be in office I will need to wear a bra. Any suggestions on non-irritating bras? Or how to prevent irritating my rash further? Also, if you have any tips on pain management in an office setting that will also be appreciated.

I didn't get very severe blisters thankfully and what few I did get are mostly dried at this point so I shouldn't be contagious at the point that I'll be heading into the office.

Broken Capillaries

Ughhhhhh. Strained so badly today I broke some capillaries in the skin under my eyes so I have little purplish red dots all over under my eyes. 😭 I don't think anybody will notice besides me but good grief. Aren't the fissures enough?

Marijuana Intensifying Pain

Hello!

I do have a formal fibro diagnosis. I know many people find marijuana helpful for their pain. And most of the time, I do too.

However, every once in a while, consuming causes kind of a "pain storm." I get shooting pains, muscle tension, the needle prick feeling. If I feel pain in my joints, they get a painful numbness. And it just alternates all over my body.

Does this happen to anybody else?

Losing It

I'm just at my wits end and need to know I'm not alone. I have dealt with constipation for a long time. Increasing fiber doesn't help, diet/lifestyle changes have no impact. Laxatives either don't work or make me miserable and there's no middle ground.

I'm currently on week 3 of 145mcg of Linzess. Nothing is staying in my body. It's just back and forth to the bathroom and nothing but liquid. I'm drinking so much electrolytes and trying to keep food in me but I'm exhausted, I have horrible brain fog, I can't regulate my body temperature, and it's triggering my Fibromyalgia to boot. I feel like I'm losing my mind.

I sent a message to my provider but I just don't know if it's worth it to stick with this medication. I'm getting so discouraged. I just want to be regular.
