Hey everyone! I’m starting the FDNY EMS Academy soon and I’m looking for someone in the Gerritsen Beach, Marine Park, Sheepshead Bay, or surrounding South Brooklyn area who is also attending the academy and may have an extra seat available.
I’m looking to ride with someone who is already commuting to the academy. I’m more than happy to contribute toward gas/tolls and work something out that’s fair.

received an email with my EMS class forms. It says:
“The following forms will be collected on your scheduled administrative processing day: Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9).”
It also says to bring the supporting documents from the I-9 acceptable-document list.
I have a mini medical, Quartermaster/uniform day, and orientation coming up. Does anyone know which day is considered the administrative processing day, and when I should bring my completed I-9 and supporting documents?
Just trying to make sure I don’t bring the paperwork to the wrong appointment. Thanks!
