Habanero hot sauce

Ive posted here before and have had some good responses, for those who havent seen it subway hve just discontinued my favourite sauce in the world and im devastated. Ive never liked sauce a lot but this one was amazing (im a picky eater). Anyways, i found the ingredient list online and am looking to recreate it. I want to know if the ingredient list is telling me that the entire sauce contains 6% habaneros or if there is a puree in the recipe that uses 6% habaneros. Any help would on how to go about making the puree would be greatly appreciated. (also, any more help on advice on how to make the most accurate recreation possible would be amazing, love you all)

Habanero hot sauce

They have just discontinued habanero hot sauce in my area. i’m fucking devastated as i’ve been getting subway at least 3 times a week for years now and get the same thing every time with habanero hot sauce. i have never had anything different and it is like a punch in the gut. Reddit, please, do your thing and find the recipe for it. It makes me so upset to see it go and im not ready to lose hope just yet.

Edit: i’ve found the ingredients for it and now need advice on how to go about recreating it the absolute best i can.

Habanero hot sauce

Hey. I don’t know where to post this but r/cooking seems to fit so I’ll just go with here. My favoruite subway sauce just got discontinued in my reigon. I’m devastated as subway has been my comfort food all my life and ive only ever got the same order with the same sauce on it. After hours of research i’ve found the ingredients in it online, i need someone to help walk me through how i should go about recreating it. I need it to taste close as humanly possible to how it was. Here are the ingredients. Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated. Note: it was quite spicy and had a deep red colour, was slightly translucent. The recipe
