Hi, I just wanted to ask for help and see if anyone here had a similar experience.
I have an existing loan with a lending app (Pinoy Peso), and I admit I got into a cycle of borrowing from multiple apps just to cover expenses and previous loans. I’m currently trying to fix everything and settle my balances properly.
The issue is, when I reached out to them for settlement, their responses have been inconsistent and honestly a bit shady for me.
At first, I was told I need to pay ₱13,980, then another message said ₱6,300, and now they’re asking me to confirm payment so they can send a QR code for settlement.
I also asked them to reply all in the email thread so everything is documented properly since I reached out to 3 emails: pinoy peso pinoypeso.cs05@yahoo.com,
"pinoypeso.helpdesk@gmail.com" pinoypeso.helpdesk@gmail.com,
"pinoypeso.management01@gmail.com" pinoypeso.management01@gmail.com, but this was their response:
“Please this regard this is email dahil mas marunong pa kayo samin,kung saan2x pa kayo na eemail”
Then when I said I want to pay through the app for safety, they replied:
"Walang settlement sa apps lahat nang settlement sa email ang process,kung may settlement sa apps sana wala nalang email"
For my protection, I’m really not comfortable paying outside the app. I want the amount to be reflected properly in the system before I pay, so I have proof that the loan is actually cleared.
Just to be clear:
- I’m NOT refusing to pay
- I’m willing to settle the actual disbursed amount
- I just want to avoid getting scammed or paying without proper record
Also, they’ve already:
- sent harassment and threats
- reached out to my references
- posted my personal information publicly
So I’m trying to be extra careful now.
My questions:
- Does anyone know the official email address of this app/company?
- Has anyone tried paying outside the app (QR/bank transfer) and actually had their loan cleared properly?
Any advice or shared experience would really help. I just want to resolve this safely and properly.
