I wouldn't disclose too much details. But after reading so much helpful content on this reddit group, isa ako sa nag rereport talaga sa mga OLA/digital banks na may abusive ways ng paniningil.

If you dig deep enough sa subreddit na ito. Or simply do your own research. You would actually see instructions and saan ba dapat mag report. I understand yung iba would choose na wag mag go through sa pagrereport kasi tedious and time consuming ito.

Pero base sa akin experience, it really helped.

Besides receiving the usual email, text reminders.

Hindi na ako nakakareceive ng email na fake court summons, barangay, publication, etc. at naka tag pa ang boss ko sa email. na obvious na fake.

It's interesting din na nag eemail pa din sila pero cordial, respectful na. And I strongly believe dahil meron na akong active case sa isang institution para sa abusive debt collection practices nila.

I would always encourage people to report. Lalo sa mga OLA/Digibanks na regulated pero daig ba illegal kung gumalaw.

grabe diba sobrang lunod ako sa utang dahil sa tapal system pero ewan ko ba bakit netong March ko lang naisipan na ipag stop na talaga lahat at harapin na lang consequences pero lahat yan babayaran ko inuuna ko lang tapusin yung mga utang ko sa tao then sila na next yung maliliit muna…yan lang share ko lang para sa mga kagaya ko na lubog na stop na po tayo utay-utayin na lang natin para matapos na lahat naman may katapusan tiwala lang 😊

Okay first off, I was a very good payer, pero nagka problema financially kaya i couldn't pay na ung iba dito sa nauna kong loans:

I plan to pay all these one by one pag nakaluwag na. pero nung gipit ako i tried other OLAs since hindi na ako makahiram sa ibang mga naka lista above. So ito ung other OLAs ko:

• **Mr. Cash** (OD 4 months)

• **HappyCash** (OD 5 months)

• **PesoRedee** (OD 4 months)

• **Xlkash** (paid - don't attempt, papatayin ka ng harassment)

• **MabilisCash** (paid - grabe din mang harrass)

after ng ODs ko, need ko ulit money kasi late ang sahod at may need bayaran pero ang dami na nag rereject sa application ko kahit illegal OLAs, ito lang nag allow:

for peace of mind hanggang maka ipon, nag palit ako ng sim at email sa unang ODs ko, naka off din ung isa pang sim ko na ginagamit ko until now for OLAs, naka on lang for OTP, pero after 4 months tumigil din sila tumawag at mag email, naka Truecaller app din ako para mablock lahat ng spam calls at unknown numbers.

di ko man mabayaran this year lahat pero uunahin ko ung mga legit loans ko pag naka ipon na, syempre kausapin ko muna para kahit principal amount nalang. Hoping lahat tayo makaraos din.

I have been overdue for 7 months now. Before my account became overdue, I had already paid more than the principal amount.

Recently, the field officer visited me and asked me to pay ₱120k+.
I told him I don’t have that amount, so he offered me a ₱70k settlement, which is still too heavy for me and I still can’t produce that amount.

I asked if they could lower it further, but he said they couldn’t anymore because he allegedly has no way to cover the excess. He also told me that if I can’t settle, they will issue me a demand letter.

Baka lang naka-send to many si agent and wondering if may iba pang nakareceive nito today. Hindi naman nagreply nung tinanong ko kung saang company siya.

I have been a good payer of Atome for almost 2 years. But recently, due to a work layoff and financial constraint, I’ve lapsed my payment and is now overdue for my installment payment. A while ago, I received a message that says they want to negotiate and discuss payment terms at 6:24 am. Around 6:30 am, I’ve been awaken by 2 calls regarding with Atome payment settlement. The staff was good at first, but when I stated my condition and discussed on how I can ease my payments and asked for extension, he said that there is no option but to pay and asked when will I settle my account. I understand that it is borrowed money, but I thought that you want to discuss terms and yet reject your customers of the terms that you’ve mentioned. I have been jobless and in need of extended amount of time to settle. I was tired all day yesterday to look for a job, but awaken this morning with this.

Wait until I settled my account and will leave you for good atome. Never again.

Hi 24/F, I am a virtual assistant po and I am currently drowning in debt with OLAs.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, kumapit ako sa OLAs. Last May 3rd, I was rushed to the ER and eventually, admitted sa hospital for a few days. Lahat ng sahod ko napunta sa hospital bill.

Finbro - Trying to pay this off (10k per cut off, they agreed for a payment plan, 2 payment remaining)

Pesoloan - Overdue since yesterday (13k)

Honeyloan - Not yet overdue, paying their minimum

I still have Tala, Grab, Sloan, Maya Credit, and Gloan. These are the ones na inaalagan ko. I still have my phone and laptop loans.

May I ask for your experience po for these loans? Do they do home visits po ba? I am really scared and I am suicidal. I have this constant fear na baka i-contact nila employer ko. I am paying our house bills and I also provide allowance for my parents plus medication and HMO nila.

Naisip ko lang na magfocus muna ako sa bills, rent at may binabayaran pako na equity sa bahay. 2 months nalang fully paid na ako.

I posted a few days ago about my overdue balances on both sloan and spaylater. Going 2 months overdue na rin. Nasa 22k na rin yung overdue ko sa sloan and 13k for spaylater.

I have been receiving calls everyday. And today, I received a text message and says:

We wish to inform you that your SLoan account is currently eligible for field collections process assignment due to extended past due status. Your account may be assigned to a field officer who is an authorized member of our team to discuss your account status and explore possible solutions. Please contact us at 0917-312-4212/0917-793-9744 promptly to address this matter. Kindly disregard this message if payment has already been made.”

How do I handle this? Do I reach out to them to make payment arrangements? Kasi baka pagbayarin lang din ako in full, which is hindi ko naman kaya.

May biglang nagmessage sa akin this morning nanghaharass. Pinapagbayad ako ng utang pero as far as I can remember, bayad lahat ng dues ko. I tried using OLAs last month since nashort ako sa budget but I paid them before their due dates.
