✅We are in need for EXPERIENCED Associate Recruitment Consultants, Talent Consultants, and Recruitment Managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
⭕️ Source, Screen, and present candidates using multi-channel strategies
⭕️ Collaborate with stakeholders, hiring managers on sourcing strategy and recruitment delivery
⭕️ Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
⭕️ Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
⭕️ Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to track candidates and maintain data accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS:
👨🎓Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
👨💻At least 2 years of RPO (Recruitment) experience is required for ARC.
👩💼At least 5+ years of RPO (Recruitment) experience is required for TC
👩💼At least 3+ years of Team Management in RPO (Recruitment) experience is required for RM
👨🔧Proven experience in Local or International recruitment.
